Talking about how she has been able to influence people about the importance of health and fitness in all these years, Shilpa Shetty says,
“Honestly, there’s no modus operandi, it’s just a clear intent, focussing on label reading, chewing, breathing and debunking myths regarding food and health. I want to make use of my social media sites to encourage people in the right direction, and tell them how just a few lifestyle modifications can make wonders. I feel really happy when they react positively and appreciate the effort. Now, that for me is the biggest reward.”
