Saumya Tandon has just agreed to be the on location host for NDTV Imagine’s new show Zor Ka Jatka with Shah Rukh Khan!
Tandon will be missing out on hosting Dance India Dance doubles this year because of her new position as anchor on Zor Ka Jatka.
“Saumya will play the role of a friend, motivator and a mediator to the participants. She will be sharing an insight into the lives of the contestants, disclosing their plans & strategies and distracting them with her funny & intriguing questions,” says a source. “While she will be encouraging the contestants in overcoming their obstacles, her witty jokes will provide a comic relief in the competitive environment.”
Tandon is very excited to be on the reality show and to be working with the King Khan. Although Saumya is in Argentina right now she said, “I never ever thought I’d be a part of such a crazy show! Watching the participants overcome the obstacles sends shivers up my spine. I’m glad in not in their shoes. I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of Zor Ka Jatka as I have not done anything like this before and viewers will get to see a different side of me. The cherry on the cake is sharing screen space with none other than the King Khan and Baadshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan”
