On the first look poster, which has undoubtedly piqued moviegoers’ curiosity about the upcoming film, Sidharth’s character is seen confused with various emotions like delusion, desire, greed, envy, jealousy, and fury surrounding him.
Thank God will mark the first time the actors from Kapoor & Sons and Tanhaji would work together on screen. On the other hand, Malhotra previously collaborated with Rakul Preet Singh on two movies, the romantic actioner Marjaavan in 2019 and the espionage action thriller Aiyaary in 2018.
Regarding Indra Kumar, the seasoned director made his feature film debut in 1990 with the romantic drama Dil, starring Aamir Khan and Madhuri Dixit. His most recent movie, was Total Dhamaal, the third installment in the Dhamaal franchise.
The movie will compete at the box office with Akshay Kumar’sRam Setu, which is slated for a theatrical release on October 24, one day before Ajay Devgn’s movie, in honor of Diwali. Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushratt Bharuccha are also featured in the action-adventure film.
