If there’s a filmmaker in Bollywood who knows his ways around the horror genre, it is Vikram Bhatt. The director has showcased his vision, talent and expertise at horror with every franchise he has taken on. His upcoming horror film titled Ghost is already creating waves amongst the industry and audiences.
The trailer of Ghost was launched recently and the viewers are mighty impressed with the tune of the love song titled Dil Maang Raha Hai Maulat. The makers have now released another song Jaltey Bujhtey. The song is crooned by Aakanksha Sharma and is composed and written by Arko.
The first song, Dil Maang Raha Hai was released 3 days prior as per the scheduled release. It was because of the public demand. While Dil Maang Raha Hai was a romantic song, Jaltey Bujhtey is a heartbreaking song and people are already going gaga over it.
When asked about how the idea of Ghost came to him Vikram Bhatt stated,
“When I read the article, it sparked a whole lot of questions and I knew at that instant this had to be filmed. It is definitely the scariest film I have ever made. I personally believe in ghosts, ghost stories and supernatural powers. Maybe it’s the hidden reason behind why I like this genre so much and we have pushed our boundaries with this one. I’m looking forward to the viewers’ experience with the story”.
Bhatt’s Ghost will take you on the riveting journey of Karan Khanna. Karan has been accused of killing his wife but believes she has been murdered by a spirit. What follows is a story of inspired and absolute insanity. It will have you biting your nails in shock and fear.
Ghost, a Vashu Bhagnani production, is directed by Vikram Bhatt. Starring Sanaya Irani and Shivam Bhaargava, the horror film will release in cinemas on October 18.
