Tabu is often known to take up content-driven, serious kind of roles in Bollywood. She, however, is seen in the Diwali release ‘Golmaal Again’ with Ajay Devgn, Parineeti Chopra, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Kunal Kemmu and Tusshar Kapoor.
Speaking on the same, Tabu told UrbanAsian,
“It so happened that these (content-driven) films came to me. It feels good to see that I’m identified with certain roles, characters, and ‘Golmaal’ is a refreshing change.”
Further speaking about how humor is important for her in life, and it being one of the main reasons for opting to act in ‘Golmaal Again’, the actress said,
“I absolutely chose ‘Golmaal Again’ because of the humor factor. I cannot stay without laughing.”
She further added,
“My uncles could make a joke out of anything and everything, so I’ve grown up that way.”
So now you know that Tabu does have a different side to her than perceived.
