Bollywood’s perfectionist Aamir Khan and the Shahen-shah of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan, are set to star in a feature film on the silver screen together for the first time. The two legendary actors will be teaming up for Yash Raj Films’ new project titled Thugs of Hindostan. The film will be directed by writer-director Vijay Krishna Acharya who’s previously directed Dhoom 3 with Aamir.
Aamir Khan confirmed the news on Twitter,
“Finally, the moment I’ve been waiting for has come… to work with my icon, Mr. Bachchan! Thanks Adi, Victor, for ‘Thugs of Hindostan’. I’m too thrilled to be working with the actor I have admired all of my life. Shoot starts early next year, and the release has been locked for Diwali 2018. Can’t wait to get started! Fingers crossed.”
