Kapoor & Sons‘ new romantic track, Bolna is out now. The film stars Fawad Khan, Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt. The song is the second that was released from the film. The film revolves around two brothers, Rahul (Fawad) and Arjun (Sidharth), who return home to spend time with their grandfather in what they believe is his last days. The brothers are estranged. As the movie progresses, we see their individual relationships with their family members.
The brothers find themselves in the middle of a conundrum – their perfect family has changed and their parents don’t sleep in the same room anymore, and to top that off, their family is also experiencing financial difficulties. Caught between the dynamic drama, Arjun leaves with an old friend to ease his mind. Then one night Arjun meets Tia (Alia), a flamboyant, young girl, who he instantly strikes a chord with. Overtime, Tia also meets Rahul, who also falls for her charms and here is where the awkwardness between the brothers turns into points of tension between the two – a love triangle. The song is an apt representation of the film.
