Ever since Star Plus‘ hit show, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon ended, fans of Barun Sobti have been waiting for him to return with a new show, and that wait is finally over. Barun will be making his comeback with a finite show on Zee TV.
It has been reported that BBC is ready to launch a crime thriller based show, where we will see Barun playing a police officer. The makers are still on the hunt for the female lead (Sanaya Irani, anyone?). The show will be directed by Darna Zaroori Hai famed, Jijy Philip. The first episode will be shot in Hrishikesh and then the unit will shoot the rest of the show in Barun’s hometown, Delhi.
