We hardly ever notice Indian Bands and trust me we have many all over India but this one is unique and based out in California! I saw the name of the band and thought it’s got a bit of east and bit of west in the name! They are called ‘Rusty Rickshaw’. What a cool name! Rusty Rickshaw is an musical outfit from Southern California that blends Western & Eastern melodies with poetry from the Indian Subcontinent. The musical style derives influences from Hindustani, Sufi, Indian Cinema Soundtracks, Rock, Blues, Alternative and other World Music. Music is Universal so why not combine them all!
