Krav Maga is Taapsee's current fitness regime!

Once you are introduced to a unique art form and its difficult to get your hands off it then, experiencing something similar is our very own fitness chic Taapsee Pannu.

Early this year during baby , Taapsee was introduced to Krav Maga a unique self defense form of action , for all the high kicks she performed in Baby. Taapsee extremely enjoyed learning those tricks to which we recently heard that she is still sticking on to. As we know , Taapsee is someone who sticks to unique ways to stay fit, She loved to cheat gym and dieting and plays squash for hours instead.

Lately she is continuing to do Krav Maga which is helping her to stay fit and also boosts her confidence as a girl as its a famous self defense routine .

When contacted Taapsee she said :

I love to stay fit and when I was learning Krav Maga it made me realise that it takes so much energy physically n mentally to train in a martial art. Being a lone traveller most of the times it gives me a sense of confidence that I can handle any problem myself and don’t have to get scared of people around.
