Bollywood stars Irrfan Khan, Kalki Koechlin, and director Kiran Rao were spotted at the premiere of Ishaan Nair’s directorial ‘Kaash’, alongside the cast of the film, at the 17th Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival.
Irrfan Khan rocked out a vibrant red jacket with a gray top and casual slacks. The gold bracelet on his wrist completed his casual chic look at the premiere.
Meanwhile, Kalki looked gorgeous in a long sleeved, V-neck, zipper dress paired with matching tan and pink stiletto heels.
Kiran Rao kept her outfit simple in a white tunic dress accessorized with a long gold necklace, colorful woven sandals, and a messenger bag.
Ishaan Nair’s ‘Kaash’ explores the endless heartbreaking possibilities of chance, “if only”. Frustrated with his dwindling relationship, Aadil – a dreamy young photographer – spontaneously sets off to meet a girl he has connected with over the vast universe of the Internet. Whether by cosmic forces or his own pattern, the ‘internet’ girl, Khushali, triggers intimate memories of his girlfriend Samira – a Bollywood starlet on the rise. Away from the urban dystopia of Bombay, he falls into Khushali’s simple world of earthly delights. In her, he finds strains of Samira, as she was and as she has become. Starring Varun Mitra, Nidhi Sunil, and Kavya Trehan – with Kalki in a special appearance – ‘Kaash’ is the beautifully crafted journey of a boy exploring love, himself, and the endless possibilities of “if only”.
