Eminent TV personality and actor Karan Oberoi has made his entry into the world of music with his debut single, “Challa.” A simple, organic, hummable melody, the music for “Challa” has been arranged and composed by Sargam Jassu with lyrics penned by Preeti Verma. Karan Oberoi began his acting career in 1999, essaying roles in acclaimed serials like Swabhimaan and Saaya, later going on to be part of Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi and hosting Antakshari and Hai Na Bolo Bolo. He was also part of the “A Band of Boys”, a well-known boy band with whom he performed in live stage shows and over 1,000 concerts across the globe.
Currently the head of a film production company in Mumbai called Crooner Studio, Karan intends to carve a space for himself in the burgeoning Indie music scene with a distinct sound and individuality through songs of love, hope, and romance.
