It’s revelation time in Star Plus’ Yeh Hai Mohabbatein as we finally get to the truth behind Mihika (Mihika Verma) and Ashok’s (Sangram Singh) marriage come out in front of everyone. As we have seen, Ashok attempts to rape Mihika after finding out that she was playing him and was not pregnant. Mihika manages to escape their bedroom and at that point runs into Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi), Mihir (Raj Singh Arora) and Simmi (Shireen Mirza) who showed up to talk to Ashok.
Mihika runs into Ishita’s arms and ends up telling her what Ashok had tried to do. They file a complaint against Ashok. In the upcoming episodes, we will see that Mihir, the Ilyer and Bhalla family find out the truth behind Mihika and Ashok’s marriage. They find out that Mihika married Ashok to save Mihir and the Bhalla family.
Mihir and Mihika share an extremely emotional moment, where Mihir will apologize for not trusting Mihika. He will feel bad that Mihika sacrificed her life for his. He will promise to always stand by her. The two will hug, which will be witnessed by Rinky (Resha Konkar). It will make Rinky feel uncomfortable and hurt as she knows how much Mihir loves Mihika. Later, we will see that Mihika will file for divorce and demand a huge alimony from Ashok.
