The hugely anticipated comedy drama Birdman co-written, produced, and directed by Alejandro González Iñárrituhas been confirmed for release on 30th January in India! Starring Michael Keaton with Zach Galifianakis, Edward Norton, Andrea Riseborough, Amy Ryan, Emma Stone, and Naomi Watts, Birdman will open the first month of 2015 with a bang at the cinemas in what’s fantastic news for movie connoisseurs out there.
Birdman recently flew high at the nominations for the 72nd Golden Globes. The film, starring Michael Keaton as a former superhero-playing actor trying to recharge his career with a Broadway play, was nominated for seven Golden Globes on Thursday morning, leading all films. Birdman was nominated for best comedy or musical, best actor in a comedy or musical (Keaton), best supporting actor (Edward Norton), best supporting actress (Emma Stone), best director (Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu), screenplay and score.
