One designer, Payal Singhal, is ready with her 2014 spring collection called the “Char Bagh” collection. Char Bagh, which means “four gardens,” is a Persian-style, quadrilateral garden layout that is divided by walkways or flowing water into four small parts. The collection consists of a color palette of pale blush pink and black in earthy, natural fabrics like silk mul, cotton and crepe silk.
