What is Prana? Prana is breath, the vital life force. This not only indicates our usual breathing pattern but the life force in our body. The life force which makes our skin glow, increases anti-aging process, keeps us energized and alive. Within our body there are 5 main Vayu’s ; Prana, apana, udana, samana and Vyana.
Prana- Is breath. Enters your body via lungs and goes to every other cell of your body
