Dj AshishB comes from a truly international background – born in India, brought up in Dubai, schooled in England, and now based in Boulder, CO. He started mixing music at the age of 16, and did high school gigs and mixsets for dance performances. He started using professional mixing equipment when he was in England, where he was also exposed to the huge rise of the UK Bhangra and Asian Fusion scene. After moving to Boulder to attend University, Ashish became an integral part of the South Asian music scene in North America, and all around the world, playing and introducing the best of Bollywood, Bhangra, Urban Desi and Asian Underground beats to packed houses in the USA, Canada, the UK, Dubai, and India!
