The power of Baking Soda

Who knew? Out of all products available in a health store, this tiny box of white powder with no nutritional value actually plays a great role in every day life from beauty to cleaning to curing diseases. Baking soda in other words, sodium bicarbonate is an alkaline compound when heated at 70 C releases carbon dioxide and allows the substance to become softer and acts as an raising agent in baking recipes.
