Kolkata Knight Riders co-owner and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been banned from the Wankhede cricket stadium in Mumbai for five years following an altercation at the venue after an IPL match.
While the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) president Vilasrao Deshmukh has reported that the actor’s behaviour was “improper,” Khan is continuing to defend his actions by claiming that ground staff had “manhandled” his children.
Khan has gone on record to say he will be reporting the behavior of the staff to the police. The incident took place on Wednesday, May 16th after his team won against the Mumbai Indians. At least something went the King’s way.
