After recently winning an award for being the most profitable actor, Kareena Kapoor feels a lot of responsibility on her shoulders for this Karan Johar production (under the Dharma Productions banner).
Whether it’s Aamir (Three Idiots), Salman (Kyon Ki, Main Aur Mrs Khanna, Bodyguard), or Shahrukh (Asoka, Ra.One); name her jori with any Khan and Kareena has generated revenues over at least Rs.100 Crore. Not to forget, her real life hero is also a Khan – Mr. Saif Ali Khan!
The actor is currently busy with the on-going promotions for the Imran Khan-starrer Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu and is busy working on the post-production of Aamir Khan’s (Imran’s uncle) Talaash. Now, she has two fold responsibility of living up to the Khan-jodi-success reputation! We hope she will be successful.
“She is going all out to manage Talaash’s post-production work as well as Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu promotions. She has to wrap up all the work soon because Talaash releases this June,” a team member close to the actor reveals, adding, “Aamir keeps telling her that she is giving Imran more time, and Imran constantly teases her about how she’s giving mamu (uncle) all her dates.”
“They both are adorable as co-stars. It’s a pleasure working with them. I have already worked with Aamir in 3 Idiots (2009). I love both of them equally.”
