Himansh Kohli tests negative, family tests COVID positive

Himansh Kohli has been spending time with his family in Delhi during the pandemic. The star began his career with his role as Raghav Oberoi in Humse Hai Life. He made his Bollywood debut with Yaariyan, and has also worked in several hit music videos. Currently, he’s been very active on social media, engaging with his fans. The star recently took to social media to share that his father, mother, and sister have tested positive for COVID 19. However, Himansh Kohli has tested negative. He has also released a statement asking everyone to pray for his family.

Kohli is the latest Bollywood actor to join the list of celebrities who have been affected by the pandemic. Others like members of the Bachchan family, singer Kanika Kapoor, actor Kiran Kumar, and TV stars Parth Samthaan and Shrenu Parikh have tested positive and subsequently recovered.

Himansh Kohli posted the news on his Instagram account: “For the past 2-3 days, mom, dad and my sister Disha were having symptoms of viral infection. We all got tested for Coronavirus recently. Mom, Dad, and Disha have tested positive with mild COVID 19 infection and I have tested negative. We are home quarantined, taking all precautions, and are thankful to the government authorities for all the help and advice. Hats off to all the people working hard to make sure we are all safe. I hope we come out of it and recover very soon. We need your love and prayers.”
