Quincy Jones And AR Rahman Support Rukus Avenue In Working To Stop Human Trafficking!

Earlier this year, we informed you that Rukus Avenue’s, Sammy Chand, Executive Producer of the “Music To Inspire” series, released an album in partnership with the United Nations Voluntary Trust Fund.  The album, “Music To Inspire – Artists UNited Against Human Trafficking,” is a 60+ track collection of inspiring music featuring a wide array of artists.  Best of all, multi-Academy Award and Grammy Award winner, AR Rahman, and 28 time Grammy Winner, Quincy Jones, have both endorsed the album and are supporting the video, “One Light At A Time” as well as the cause to stop human trafficking.

Some of the participants appearing on the album include AR Rahman himself; several artists signed to Quincy Jones; former President Jimmy Carter; Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam and “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” actress Tatyana Ali. Other notable artists and bands include Joss Stone, Michael Franti, Vanessa Carlton, Anoushka Shankar, Ellis Hall, Garbage, Karmin as well as Daryl Hall and John Oates among many others.  It is a wonderful endeavor and we hope human trafficking is eradicated soon!
