Written and composed by Badshah, the track showcases a refreshing romantic side of the rapper. The production, helmed by music producer Hiten, combines contemporary electronic pop arrangements with traditional musical elements.
One of the standout features is a soulful sarangi solo, adding an emotional and distinctly Indian musical texture to the upbeat romantic composition.
With its combination of modern beats, heartfelt melodies, and two distinctive musical styles, ‘Mahiya’ offers listeners a fresh take on the contemporary Indian romantic pop genre.
