Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya Shiv Shakti is a gripping and heartfelt tale

Zee TV recently rolled out the launch of their new offering, Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya Shiv Shakti. Produced by Prateek Sharma’s Studio LSD, the show stars Arjun Bijlani and Nikki Sharma in lead roles.

 

 

The show opened up by telling viewers about Shakti (Nikki Sharma) and her dreams of becoming a doctor. After successfully passing her NEET exams, Shakti is more driven to fulfil this dream which was also the dream of her late parents. Shakti lives with her supportive uncle, a priest, and a somewhat imposing aunt. Her cousin Rimjhim is an influencer, and although she supports Shakti, she displays signs of opportunism now and then.

We also met Dr Shiv Kashyap (Arjun Bijlani), India’s top neurosurgeon who carries a mysterious pain. There are occasions when Shiv displays anxiety and goes into a deep panic after recalling something from his past. Shiv lives with his family, who are also the founders of the hospital where he works. His father, Raghunath, emotionally abuses his mother, Gayatri, due to a past event, and Gayatri is forced to stay away from Shiv. Shiv’s paternal uncle and aunt also live in the house with their children. Shiv’s aunt, Mandira Kashyap, exercises firm yet subtle control over the family and business. It is clear that she is selfish and will do anything to get what she wants. We saw a prime example of this when we discovered that she bought her son Keertan his medical qualification.

Shiv and Shakti are connected as the two have unknowingly shared some unique moments. Arjun Bijlani and Nikki Sharma shine in their respective roles, and we can see there is scope for a memorable chemistry to come! Parineeta Borthakur excels in another role yet again, this time as Mandira. Seema Pandey (Gayatri) also stands out as the neglected woman of the house and the loving mother of Shiv. The show blends various elements of romance, mystery, drama, and even a little comedy, to pull off a spectacle with the divine and beautiful Varanasi as the backdrop.

The journey of Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya Shiv Shakti has just begun, and we cannot wait to see how this tale unfolds.
