I’m ecstatic that my signature style and my design philosophy synergized perfectly with this theme. I couldn’t have of course asked for someone better to be my showstopper than Kareena who embodied the theme perfectly and the entire showcase was elevated with Cirque du Soleil’s spectacular performance. I also want to congratulate her and Lakmé on their very first ever co-created makeup range, I have tried it already and I love it!” says Monisha Jaising, Lakmé Absolute Grand Finale Designer for Winter Festive 2018.

This season our first ever co-created makeup range ‘Kareena Kapoor Khan by Lakmé Absolute’ and our collaboration with a fabulous designer like Monisha along with Cirque du Soleil’s magnificent opening, which together brought alive our Shades of a Diva theme, made the Lakmé Absolute Grand Finale truly spectacular.”
“Monisha’s collection along with Lakme’s new range couldn’t be a better fit. It dialed- up glam to another level. Playing with the theme of Shades of a Diva, the perfect place to bring this to live was with the makeup. Across the show I tried to create differing and accessible makeup looks using the new range; explore monochromatic tones, stunning matte eye shadows and liners; the makeup look, I feel worked seamlessly for this show. Loved every bit of it.”
