Zain Imam’s popularity has been rising with shows like Kaisi Yeh Yaariyaan and Tashan E Ishq. He can now be seen in Yeh Vaada Raha as Abeer. We got a chance to sit down and talk to Zain about his roles and more.
Which was your last show?
My last show was Tashan E Ishq.
What prompted you to take up Yeh Vaada Raha?
I found the role quite interesting as I will get to play different shades which will be a bit similar to what I played in Tashan E Ishq. It will be a reviving role for me.
What your name Zain means?
My name Zain means humble, good human being, God’s child.
What is your character’s name and give us some details about it?
Abeer is the character name who cares a damn about other people and is a spoiled brat who only loves his mother and father the most and has a different attachment with his father.
What is so special out your look?
The look is such that youngsters can relate to it. It’s uber, rich and classy.
Yeh Vaada Raha has successfully completed a year and you entered post leap. What is the feedback you are getting?
I am just hoping that post the leap it should shoot up the numbers (TRP). And the liking should increase so that audiences are hooked to their screens.
How is it working with Trishulla Productions (Vikas Seth, Deepak Kumar and Mahesh Pandey) ?
First time working with them. Mahesh ji is a professional in his work so I am sure its gonna be fun to work with them.
