If fans thought Season 1 of Scream Queens has a horror-filled affair, Season 2 of Scream Queens promises to be bloodier and even more terrifying with the Chanels now ensconced in a mental asylum. A brand new promo trailer of the new season shows the three Chanels, played by Emma Roberts, Abigail Breslin, and Billie Lourd being wheeled around on gurneys in a hospital. Lea Michele’s sadistic yet quirky character Hester Ulrich is portrayed as ‘Hannibal Hester,’ mask and all!

But fear not – the show has a treat for fans with the sexy hunks John Stamos and Taylor Lautner playing doctors in Season 2! And if the new trailer is to be believed, some steamy scenes are to be expected as Taylor wheels Abigail into a room and they start hooking up while John’s character takes Billie into a room and she pulls him down toward her!
