Fitness icon and entrepreneur Krishna Shroff has done the hard yards on reality television. She’s competed fiercely, consistently made it to the finals, and earned the respect of audiences and her peers alike, with her strategic gameplay and unshakeable sportsmanship.

But it turns out, the arena she has been dominating as a contestant may soon see her in a very different role.
In a recent interview, Krishna opened up about her desire to step into a position of authority within the reality TV space, by hosting, mentoring and leading a show now, and she isn’t coy about her confidence in making it work.
When asked about exploring leadership-style roles in reality-based formats in the future, Krishna didn’t hold back. She said, “Let’s go. I’m down. I mean, put it out there, girl. Manifest. I’m super down. I feel like, honestly, I’m not trying to brag or anything, but I would kill it.” And when asked if performance-based shows demand strategic thinking, she was equally direct. “I think I do because at the end of the day, I am a performer as well. So, I think the fact that I’ve been able to live that, not Roadies specifically, but lived performance-based shows, I think I could definitely help out,” she said.
Having navigated the psychological pressure of competitive reality formats firsthand, Krishna is adept at understanding contestant mindset, performance anxiety, and in-the-moment strategy in a way that no outsider could. This next chapter should it materialise, would slot neatly into a larger arc that already includes building a fitness empire and carving out a distinct entrepreneurial identity. Krishna Shroff isn’t just evolving within reality television. Instead, she is quietly and confidently rewriting what her presence in that space can look like altogether.
