Digvijay Rathee has come a long way in the showbiz because he is patient, disciplined, and always trying to improve himself. He has been in the news again since he was on the reality show The 50, but he has had a lot of trouble behind the scenes, especially when he first moved to Mumbai, where things were very hard. Digvijay’s story is about how he grew steadily by solving real-world problems. He began his career as a fitness trainer and worked his way up to reality TV.
Digvijay said that it was hard to get used to life in Mumbai after he moved away from his family for the first time. He said that there was a time when work wasn’t steady, and he had to rely on training a few online clients to get by.
“I had come to Mumbai alone, and honestly, work was not consistent at that time. I was mostly handling a few online fitness clients just to keep things going,” he shared, adding that most of his routine revolved around the gym, preparing meals, and waiting for opportunities to come by.
According to him, that phase quietly shaped his patience and mental strength.
When it comes to handling stress, Digvijay believes his mindset has changed a lot over the years. He admitted that earlier, situations would easily feel overwhelming, but now he prefers to slow down and reset mentally.
“Meditation has really helped me a lot in the last few years. Whenever I feel mentally overloaded, I try to just pause and reset myself,” he said.
Digvijay also talked about how he learned how important it is to set boundaries in life, especially in a world where social media and public interactions are so important. He pointed out that experience has taught him to be more cautious with people and relationships.
“I have realised that not everyone comes with the same intentions. Over time, I have learned that setting boundaries is very important, otherwise people can take advantage without you even realising it,” he explained.
Talking about what keeps him grounded during tough phases, Digvijay said it is self-reflection that helps him the most. He often looks back at his journey to remind himself of how far he has come.
“When I think about my journey and the hard work I have put in, it automatically gives me strength. I feel grateful for where I am today,” he said, adding that the support from his well-wishers also keeps him motivated.
On the subject of competition and pressure, Digvijay strongly believes that calmness is a key strength. He feels that a relaxed mind helps in making better decisions and improves clarity in challenging situations.
“If your mind is calm, you can think better and handle things in a much smarter way. That balance is very important,” he said.
Digvijay Rathee‘s journey from uncertain beginnings in Mumbai to fame through reality TV shows shows that he is disciplined, patient, and believes strongly in personal growth.
