Wholesome Episodes of Udne Ki Aasha Will Leave You Teary-Eyed

Udne Ki Aasha has taken an interesting turn in recent episodes, where the Deshmukh Bros and Bahus went on a holiday retreat. After Sailee gave up her and Sachin’s tickets to Roshni and Tejas, Aakash and Riya found a way for Sachin and Sailee to still be there but with one catch: they would have to work at the hotel. The two saw it as an opportunity to grow their skills and business and took it on happily.
At the hotel, Aakash was initially hesitant to introduce Sachin (Kanwar Dhillon) and Sailee (Neha Harsora) to his boss, showing he was seemingly ashamed of them. Riya even confronted him about it, but he still didn’t understand. A competition took place called ‘Ishqwali Jodi’, where Sachin and Sailee became the wildcard entry.
Something that stood out during the week was a scene where Sachin and Sailee entered the dining area of the hotel, and the other couples passed comments about their class and how they didn’t belong there. Sachin and Sailee felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave, but Riya (Vaishali Arora) left her place and brought her meal to sit with them and make them feel comfortable.
Tejas (Puru Chibber) plotted to get Sachin and Sailee disqualified by ruining Sailee’s backdrop arrangement, but after he was exposed, he and Roshni (Tanvi Shewale) were the ones who got disqualified.
Just before this, Aakash and Riya came to help Sachin and Sailee, and Sachin made his feelings clear to Aakash, that he was hurt by him being ashamed to be his brother. Aakash (Devashish Chandiramani) realised his mistake and apologised. The two brothers shared an emotional moment, and the four completed the floral backdrop together.
During the final task of Ishqwali Jodi, Sachin and Sailee overheard Aakash saying how much he needed to win the competition for his boss to have more confidence in him. Hearing this, Sachin and Sailee pretended to lose, and Aakash and Riya ended up winning the competition. This wasn’t a sign of foolishness or weakness, but of the immense strength and love Sachin and Sailee have for their family. During the presentation, Aakash and Riya brought up Sachin and Sailee and shared the trophy with them. It was indeed a moment of pride for Sachin and Sailee; even this win felt like their own, as they believe in empowering others and finding happiness in others’ progress.
We hope Aakash and Riya continue being strong support structures for Sachin and Sailee, and that Sachin and Sailee take further steps towards their dreams in the coming episodes.
These moments were heartwarming and definitely had a lot of lessons in them. Some of them being: to always respect others, irrespective of what they do for a living; after all, no work is big or small. And if you ever see someone feeling out of place somewhere, even a small gesture can make them feel better, like a smile or a greeting.
With that, here’s wishing you a day that’s #EkNumber — and don’t forget to empower someone in whatever way you can!
