Viewers of Kundali Bhagya to finally get Closure as Karan and Preeta Re-Join the Bhagya Universe

Balaji Telefilms and Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya remains one of television’s most iconic and successful shows. After an impressive seven-and-a-half-year run, the series concluded in December last year. However, its abrupt ending left many loyal fans disappointed, as it felt unworthy of a show that had become a legacy. Fortunately, there’s finally some good news to soften the blow and offer a much-needed sense of closure.

The original Bhagya series, Kumkum Bhagya, is now in its fourth generation and currently follows the journey of Prarthana and Raunak. Prarthana, the great-granddaughter of Pragya—the central figure of the first generation—continues the family’s legacy. As longtime viewers know, Pragya’s sister is none other than Preeta from Kundali Bhagya, making this a crossover that keeps it all in the family.

Beloved characters Preeta and Karan are making a return to our screens, this time as part of Kumkum Bhagya, where they will reunite with Prarthana. Shraddha Arya and Shakti Anand have officially re-entered the Bhagya universe in this way, delighting fans who’ve long awaited their comeback.

In the newly released promo, Karan is seen inaugurating a hospital when he unexpectedly encounters Prarthana. During their brief conversation, he learns she is searching for her mother, while she discovers he is looking for Preeta. In a powerful moment, a patient on a stretcher passes by, and as Karan’s hand brushes against hers, he feels a deep, familiar presence—hinting that it may be Preeta.
