This Friday will see the digital release of Hina Khan’s next film, ‘Wishlist’ which will also feature her and Rocky Jaiswal. As first-time producers, under the banner Hiro’s Faar Better Films.
Shot right after her remarkable red-carpet walk at Cannes 2019. Hina will be seen playing a completely different character, named Shalini. Speaking of her character and the story, Hina says,
“wishlist is a feel-good film about a couple that promises to make the most of every moment and fulfill their Wishlist. It’s a heartwarming story of realizations about love and life, about going with the flow and believing things will right themselves. I play Shalini, who is a workaholic until life forces her to pause.”
The story sounds like a page right off Hina Khan’s book. The actress who’s always on the go with little to no time to breathe has carved a niche for herself. In the industry and accomplished things that many didn’t deem possible.
Irrespective of the highs and lows and the roadblocks. Hina is known to fearlessly chase her dreams and aspirations, risk it all and fulfill her wish-list.
Speaking of the similarities between her and Shalini, Hina says,
“Shalini is me and I am her! Sometimes we get so busy chasing our dreams, living life on the edge, and hustling that we forget to live life to its fullest. I have experienced that very closely, so I ensured the need to give myself a break and realize it’s important to fulfill my wishes while chasing my dreams to enhance myself as a person. 2020 in a way has taught all of us that.”
