The shooting of Coolie No 1 begun in Bangkok today. Wishing them good luck for this massive blockbuster, Varun Dhawan’s Mom Gives The Mahurat Clap for Coolie No 1.
It is for the first time that Varun and Sara will share screen space, and their fans are already excited to see this collaboration on the big screen.

The film is slated to release on 1st May 2020. Main Toh Raste Se Jaa Raha Tha will be remade in this film.
David Dhawan said:
“It is an important song for our film, and it has heart. But times have changed so I am going to picturise it very differently with Varun and Sara.”
He added:
“We found a place in Bangalore with lot of Bhel Puri stalls and had the lead pair (Govinda and Karisma) strolling through it, exploring ‘Mumbai’. I thought it was the best way to capture the essence of the Maximum City back then.”
He further said:
“It’s a fun song, showing the growing bond between the couple.”
