John Abraham is riding high with the success of his latest release Batla House. The actor is set for highly anticipated films like Mumbai Saga and Pagalpanti.
Ileana D’Cruz and John will dance to the tune of Tera Bimaar Mera Dil in Pagalpanti. It was originally from Chaalbaaz and starred Sunny Deol and Sridevi in it.
The film’s shooting is over and director Aneez Bazmee is currently doing the post-production work of the film.
The song will include the lead pair and will also feature some important members from the cast. The original fun and entertainment element will still remain in the song but the makers have given it a fresh look. They have made the song sound young and contemporary.
Aneez Bazmee’s next film Pagalpanti is a comedy film. Bhushan Kumar, Abhishek Pathak, Krishan Kumar, and Kumar Mangat are producing it.
Bhushan Kumar, who is producing the film with Kumar Mangat after Raid, said:
“T-Series and Kumarji’s Panorama Studios have worked before with Raid and doing Pagalpanti was an immediate yes. Kumarji and his son Abhishek got us the script of this film and my team and I was in splits with what we heard. Plus the entire team right from director Anees to actors Anilji, John and Ileana we have worked with. Anees directed one of our biggest hit Ready, John and we have collaborated before and now doing several films together. And I have always liked the way Arshad has left us in a split with his comic timings. We are happy to have Pulkit Samrat and Kriti Kharbanda on board too. The characters writtenare so hilarious that you are laughing throughout.”
The film stars Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, Kriti Kharbanda, Ileana D’Cruz, Pulkit Samrat, Saurabh Shukla and Arshad Warsi. It will release on November 9
