Farah Khan To Collaborate With Rohit Shetty For Her Next Film

Farah Khan is one of the well-known female filmmakers of Hindi cinema. She has given some amazing films like Main Hoon Na, Om Shaanti Om, Happy New Year and many more.

 

 

Now, Farah is coming back with another film. This time it will have Rohit Shetty’s backing. The film may be the remake of Satte Pe Satta.

 

Farah Khan has not denied neither has she accepted the rumors of it being remake of Satte Pe Satta.

 

The original Satte Pe Satta saw Amitabh Bachchan opposite Hema Malini. There were rumors that the remake will have Hrithik Roshan playing Amitabh Bachchan’s role from the original film. Big names likes Deepika Padukone and Anushka Sharma have also popped up for the remake.

 

But speaking about the film this is what Farah Khan revealed.

 

Farah said,

“Right now I am prepping. So I am very happy as I am busy with music sittings and casting. The press is obviously on a rampage with speculative stories. But I am glad to know that they are so excited to know about my movie. I take it as a big compliment but we’ll announce it (the star cast, title etc.) properly and officially.”

 

When she was asked about when it will happen she says,

“We’ll do it within a month since Rohit Shetty is in Bulgaria (shooting for ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi’). See you have to understand that we are TV stars (laughs)! Hamari date ke liye bhi rukna padta hai.”

 

It is exciting to see two top filmmakers contribute to a project. Rohit Shetty and Farah Khan is a collaboration that could bring huge numbers.

 

Let us wait for the announcement of the cast and further details of the film. But it is surely going to be an exciting project.
