Bollywood has been abuzz with the upcoming release of Dibakar Banerjee’s “Shanghai.” Set to release June 8th, the film has received positive reception from both critics and audiences. The film was recently screened for critics and was highly praised, especially by Taran Adarsh, Anupama Chopra and Aniruddha Guha.
The thriller focuses on four characters ensnared in a world of crime and politics. Emraan Hashmi stars as “Jogi Parmar” and has already received much critical acclaim. The film also stars Abhay Deol, Kalki Koechlin, Prosenjit Chatterjee and Pitobash. With a soundtrack from Vishal-Shekhar, “Shanghai” looks to be one of Summer 2012’s biggest Bollywood hits!
