In addition to streaming on YouTube, Curly Tales’ Sunday Brunch hosted by Kamiya Jani will be available on Netflix from Oct 4. After doing over 300 episodes featuring the biggest stars of India, Sunday Brunch will bring 12 new episodes with unfiltered confessions, secret recipes, real-life connections, home tours and much more every Sunday at 12 pm on Netflix and YouTube.
Created by Fork Media Group, Curly Tales’ Sunday Brunch has garnered over 600 million views across platforms. The viral show has previously featured the top stars of the country, including Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Saif Ali Khan, and Deepika Padukone; sporting legends like Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, and more. With this, Kamiya Jani-led Sunday Brunch becomes the second YouTube show to find global distribution across 90 countries with Netflix after Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent.
Curly Tales Founder and Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani shares,
“Sunday Brunch was always about sitting across the table, sharing a meal, and getting to know the person behind the celebrity. We never had to change the essence of the show to make it bigger. Sunday Brunch changed the digital landscape, and it is only fair that the show has finally got a global platform like Netflix to justify its popularity.”
Group CEO and Founder of Fork Media Group shares,
“As Fork Media Group (FMG), we were one of the first ones to have envisioned YouTube as being no less than an OTT. Hence, we moved to IP-led structured programming across 6 of our channels, focusing heavily on quality and consumer promise. While the world echoed that raw and unfiltered is the way to be, we always believed that high-quality content would find its own audience on YouTube. The step up to Netflix is a true testament to this belief.”
So, don’t forget to mark your calendars and set reminders for 12 pm on October 4! It’s time for Tudum!
