Aneesha Madhok, who will soon be making her Hollywood debut with “Bully High”, and has also given her voice for the Farsi bits of iconic singer Jasbir Jassi‘s music video “Dil Mangdi”, is shattered with the untimely demise of popular rapper and singer Sidhu Moose Wala.
She says,”After the school shooting in the USA, it is unfortunate to hear about Sidhu Moose Wala being shot. What happened to the gun laws of our own country? He was obviously a successful and legendary artist and whoever did this in jealousy and hate took away the life of a mother’s son and a sister’s brother. So unfortunate to hear about being a celebrity in India and feeling unsafe. I am sitting in Los Angeles shivering at the news. He was only 28 and the amount of popularity he had was huge. I am deeply saddened and praying for his soul. Few of his songs like Legend, Devil, 295 are my favourites.”
