SHIAMAK Vancouver’s ‘spirit of BOLLYWOOD’ Thrills BC Audiences

SHIAMAK Vancouver’s ‘Spirit Of BOLLYWOOD’ Thrills BC Audiences BC Audiences at the Bell Performing Arts Centre in Surrey were blown away by the amazing production of ‘spirit of BOLLYWOOD’ on December 13th presented by SHIAMAK Vancouver. The SHIAMAK Vancouver Dance Team, part of the world’s biggest dance company, took fans on a 2-hour journey from the black-and-white era of Bollywood up until the glamourous hits of today. Dancers paid tribute to the royalty of Bollywood, with homages to stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit, and of course King Khan himself — Shahrukh Khan.

With hundreds of beautiful costumes, larger than life props, great lighting and of course Shiamak’s trademark, trend-setting Bollywood Jazz choreography, the team of seventy dancers created break taking visuals that left the audience in awe and wanting for more. Audience members called this the ‘best show ever put on’ by SHIAMAK Vancouver.

Those who missed out may get a chance to witness this spectacle when ‘spirit of BOLLYWOOD’ plays again in 2020.
