OMG! Alia Bhatt And Sanjay Leela Bhansali To Team Up For Gangubai Kathiawadi

Alia Bhatt and Sanjay Leela Bhansali were earlier all set to work for Inshallah. However, the movie didn’t go on floors. But now they have surprised fans by teaming up together for the film Gangubai Kathiawadi.

The film will hit the screens on 11th September 2020. Reportedly, the story of the film is all about Gangubai, who was pushed into prostitution at an early age. She had numerous ferocious gangsters as her client. She is remembered as ‘The Madam of Kamathipura’ in history.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt will soon feature in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak 2, Rajamouli’s RRR, and Karan Johar’s Takth. Sanjay Leela Bhansali, on the other hand, is producing a film based on the life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
