Aamir Khan And Vijay Sethupathi Join Hands For A Project

Perfectionist Aamir Khan was last seen in Thugs Of Hindostan. The movie didn’t do well in terms of Box Office. And now the actor will soon begin shooting for his next, Laal Singh Chaddha. It is the official Hindi remake of Tom Hanks starrer Forrest Gump.

There was news that Aamir Khan and Saif Ali Khan might team up for the Hindi remake of Vijay Sethupathi and R Madhavan’s Vikram Vedha.


And now, here’s some new update that will make you smile.


Aamir recently met Vijay Sethupathi in Pollachi. As per the latest reports, both the stars are collaborating for a film. Sethupathi also confirmed the news and said:

“We are in talks and details will be announced soon.”


Well, it will be a treat to see two powerhouse talents in one frame.


On the work front, Aamir is busy with Advait Chandan’s Laal Singh Chaddha, written by Atul Kulkarni and co-starring Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film will clash with Akshay Kumar’s Bachchan Pandey in Christmas 2020 at the box office.


Delving a bit deeper into the association with Aamir Khan Productions and Paramount Pictures on Laal Singh Chaddha, Ajit Andhare, COO, Viacom18 Studios said:

“It gives me immense pleasure to announce our upcoming venture with Aamir Khan titled Laal Singh Chaddha. For every cinephile out there, the must watch list of films would be incomplete without the mention of FORREST GUMP. On the other hand, Vijay Sethupathi will be part of Chiranjeevi’s trilingual film, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. It is based on the life of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy and is being made on a budget of Rs 150 crore. It is set to hit the screens on October 2 at the box office.


Saif Ali Khan is currently busy shooting for Jawaani Jaaneman with Tabu and Alaia Furniturewala.
