For half a decade, Shiamak USA – a division of the Shiamak Davar Dance Institute. Has been entertaining the audience of the Big Apple. On Sunday, October 28 the team swept the Tri-State area off their feet with the Broadway-worthy musical ‘Saffron: A Dance Tale of Love’.
The musical was put together by the institute’s most well-trained students. Who are handpick by Shiamak Davar himself to represent the dance academy in India and abroad.
Using Info-Fusion and contemporary dance forms the show masterfully intertwined four unique love stories as it struck the chords of the audiences’ hearts. Each character established their presence with bold dance moves, intense expressions and charismatic charm. Whether it was the magic of love or the pain of separation, each dancer emote in a manner which connects with the audience.
The show and it’s team truly deserve a standing ovation.
