Movies To Watch Out For In December 2018

November 2018 saw amazing movies like 2 Point 0, Ralph Breaks The Internet, Tumbaad, etc and also some big movies that couldn’t do well like Thugs Of Hindostan, Bhaiaji Superhit and others.

December 2018 has a stunning list of movies both in Hollywood as well as in Bollywood. From Aquaman to Zero, here’s a list of December 2018 releases that you should watch out for.

Kedarnath: (7th December)

Kedarnath marks the debut of Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. The movie is about true love and the obstacles the lovers face set during the time of the 2013 Uttarakhand floods. The trailer has won hearts of the audiences and we hope the movie does too.

Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse: (12th December)

It is an animated superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Miles Morales/Spider-Man, everyone’s favourite superhero. The movie is scheduled to be released in the United States on December 14, 2018.

Aquaman: (14th December)

The most awaited film of the year, Aquaman is a superhero film based on the DC Comics character. The character was first revealed in Justice League. In Aquaman, Arthur Curry, the heir to the underwater kingdom of Atlantis, must step forward to lead his people against his half-brother, Orm, who seeks to unite the seven kingdoms against the surface world. The movie is scheduled to be released in the United States on 14th December.

Mortal Engines: (14th December)

It is a post-apocalyptic adventure film directed by Christian Rivers. The film had its premiere on November 27, 2018, in London, and is scheduled to be theatrically released in Australia and New Zealand on December 6, 2018, followed by a December 14 release in the United States, It is a full-on action film.

Mary Poppins Returns: (19th December, 2018)

It is a musical fantasy film directed by Rob Marshall. It is a sequel to the 1964 film Mary Poppins. Set in 1935 London, 25 years after the events of Mary Poppins, it sees Poppins, the former nanny of Jane and Michael Banks, returning to the family after a tragedy. The movie is scheduled to be released in the United States on December 19, 2018.

Zero: (21st December)

Directed by Aanand L Rai, Zero stars Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. Shah Rukh plays the role of a dwarf in this film who falls in love with Anushka – a NASA scientist with cerebral palsy and Katrina – a superstar. The story reveolves around Shah Rukh’s character Bauua Singh and his love triangle.

Bumblebee: (21st December)

Bumblebee, our favorite character from Transformers franchise is here with a solo release. It is science fiction action film centered on the Transformers. Bumblebee is scheduled for release in the United States on December 21, 2018.

On The Basis Of Sex: (25th December)

It is a legal drama film based on the life of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The film had its world premiere at the AFI Fest on November 8, 2018, and is scheduled to be released in the United States on December 25, 2018. The trailer of the movie was simply amazing and quite engaging.

Simmba: (28th December)

Directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, Simmba stars Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan. This will be Sara’s second film releasing in the same month. We have heard that the trailer of the film wil release in the first week of December.
