31st October is the first mainstream film ever based on the assassination of Indira Gandhi and what it led to. The film is set against the backdrop of 1984 anti-Sikh riots, the film is a true-life story of a Sikh family and their fight for survival.
31st October stars Vir Das and Soha Ali Khan is slated to release on October 7. Produced by writer-producer Harry Sachdeva and Magical Dreams Productions Pvt Ltd, co-produced by Anand Prakash, directed by National award winner Shivaji Lotan Patil, and released by Panorama Studios. The trailer is set to release on August 31, 2016.
