Bollywood’s prominent Kapoor family (Jeetendra and Shobha) has been blessed with a third generation addition. Tusshar Kapoor, who is known for films such as Khakee, Golmaal, Shootout at Lokhandwala and Kya Kool Hai Hum, has become the proud father of a baby boy. The actor announced today the arrival of his son, born last week through IVF and surrogacy. The baby has been named Laksshya.
Sharing his joy on social media Tusshar said,
“I am thrilled to be a father! The paternal instincts in me have been overpowering my heart and mind for some time now. Therefore, I am thrilled beyond words to have Laksshya, now the greatest source of joy in my life. By the greatness of god and the excellent medical team at Jaslok (hospital), parenthood is an option for many, who choose to be single parents.”
He is one of the few Bollywood celebrities to have broken cultural norms and embraced single parenthood. Power to you Tusshar!
