The popularity of Star Plus’ longest-running show speaks for itself. Producer Rajan Shahi’s hit show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has achieved yet another milestone by completing 2000 episodes. A cake was cut with a celebration on the set with the cast and crew.
On being asked how he feels about the soaring success Rajan Shahi said,
“Yeh Rishta has completed 2000 episodes and I feel really proud. Yeh Rishta is that one of the only show which has no negative character over the top dramatic happening to sustain itself. I think this has been biggest achievement for the creative and the writing team that they have kept the freshness of the show still alive. The credit goes to entire cast and crew to keep this show fresh always. From day one its difficult to go with the show and running the show and I would also give credit to channel Star and also fans and well wishers fo Yeh Rishta. The feed back is very positive all over. This is show which entire family can watch together.”
