Tere Bin Laden: Dead or Alive – the hype is real!

Very few films are able to revive the fan craze of a prequel but Tere Bin Laden: Dead Or Alive is a whole other story. Following the unprecedented success of the 2010 satire, Tere Bin Laden, discerning audiences of new age Indian cinema will be in for a cinematic treat as Tere Bin Laden: Dead or Alive releases in less than two weeks!

Tere bin laden

The second installment of the acclaimed Tere Bin Laden, a brilliant, comical satire and socio-political observation that was well received by audiences and critics alike, is not a conventional sequel per se but a spin-off inspired by the earlier film. Abhishek Sharma delivers another unsuspecting hit-in-the-making that’s sure to be appreciated by connoisseurs of genre-defining cinema. Mastering the art of combining entertainment with thought-provoking debate, the maverick filmmaker now presents a thoughtful insight into the post Osama world, shrouded in suspicion.

Television host, Manish Paul, conventionally known for his anchoring of popular reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, owns the screen as a budding Bollywood director who becomes embroiled in one of the biggest political conspiracies of the modern world. Joining him onscreen is an ensemble of contemporary Indian cinema’s most formidable talent including Pradhuman Singh, Sikandar Kher and Piyush Mishra. Paying homage to his role in the earlier film is Ali Zafar essaying a very special role.

Tere Bin Laden: Dead or Alive releases in cinemas worldwide on 26th February 2016 and is distributed by Reliance Entertainment.
