Aslam Khan who was last seen in Anees Bazmee’s action comedy ‘Welcome Back’ alongside John Abraham has directed a romantic track ‘Aawariyaan’.
Both director Anees Bazmee and music composer Lalit Pandit were shown the single ‘Aawariyan’ prior to it’s release on YouTube and only had words of praise of Aslam Khan and his team.
Anees Bazmee said,
“I was surprised to see the video Aslam made. He not only is a good actor but an amazing director as well. The music video is quite different from the ones that are being released these days. It has been given an international treatment & is likely to appeal a wider audience”.
While nation’s musical gem, Lalit Pandit said,
“Looking at the video I really got inspired to compose a romantic number like ‘Aawariyaan’ and direct a music video myself. The song looks amazing”.
Directed by Aslam Khan, the sensuous romantic track ‘Aawariyaan’ has been sung and composed by Sanket Sane and stars newbies Gaurav Nautiyaal and Simone Uppal. Lyrics have been penned by Rajan Batra while the cinematography is by Pradeep Khanvilkar. Being presented by See Saw Entertainment and released by Zee Music Company, it’s produced by Sapna Katwala Khan and co-produced by Atul Rajgharia.
