The very handsome Shivin Narang has a secret to share. The Ek Veer Ki Ardaas Veera lad has a new found interest – kickboxing!
Speaking on the hobby he says,
“I am into kick boxing for the past nine months. It has increased my muscular strength and stamina and made my body more flexible. Regularly performing a kickboxing exercise routine works all major muscle groups in a fun and energetic way and improves balance, coordination, flexibility and self-confidence. It is a combination of boxing, martial arts and aerobics, and encompasses a large variety of exercise types so the chances of getting bored are slim.”
On being asked why he enjoys it Shivin says,
“There is something new to learn every day. It involves lot of practice and mental concentration as well. The calories are burnt differently as it involves a massive amount of leg work and teaches self-defense too. One can do it in open space and even at home or any open space. Kick boxing thrice to four times a week I do and it keeps me fit in every sense of the word. Kickboxing indirectly helping me in maintaining a lean look too.”
