Sonali Jaffar’s writing has never disappointed television audiences and as soon as we got to know about the star cast of her debut production “Bahu Hamari Rajni_kant“, our anticipation levels went soaring.
Named after the popular South superstar Rajnikant, the show highlights the never-ending expectations from a ‘bahu’ and how she tackles them.
From the looks of it, the show is going to be a slice of life narrative about a Saas-Bahu relationship portrayed by Pallavi Pradhan and Ridhima Pandit.
Joining them is Pankit Thakker who was much appreciated in his triple role in “Kis Din Mera Viyaah Howega”
A source told us that the story revolves around the three brothers and their wives and Pankit will be playing the youngest brother in the family. Pankit will be playing a romantic role.
This is Life OK’s big ticket show and marks the beginning of renowned television writer Sonali Jaffar as a producer on Indian television.
The source also mentioned that apparently Pankit has been offered a good amount of money for the role, but what interested Pankit more was the quirkiness of the character.
